If it's an emergency or a crime is in progress, call 911. Everything on this page is for non emergencies.
Houston 311
Potholes, illegal dumping, dead streetlights, missed trash and heavy pickup, high weeds, drainage and ditch problems.
Call 311 · houston311.org or the Houston 311 app
Save your service request number. If nothing happens, send it to the board and we'll follow up as a neighborhood.
HPD non-emergency
Suspicious activity, noise complaints, abandoned vehicles, and property crimes already committed.
Call 713-884-3131
Reporting matters even when it feels minor because patrol patterns follow call volume.
Deed restriction concerns
In Harris County, the County Attorney's office handles many restriction complaints, and any property owner may pursue enforcement directly.
Start by reading the restrictions for your section, then let the board know and we can tell you what other neighbors have done and whether the concern is widespread.
Stray or injured animals - BARC
Houston's animal shelter and control agency. Strays, aggressive loose dogs, injured animals, and lost-pet reports.
Call 311 · houstontx.gov/barc
Spring Branch Management District
Handles graffiti abatement, area beautification, mobility projects, and public safety initiatives across Spring Branch.
Tell the Board
Something we should raise at the next meeting, take to the city, or share with the neighborhood? Send it over. Include the block and a photo if you have one.
